doc AMF Risk Management Solutions' "U.S. Health Options" plan is truly a "competition based" model. When a covered participant needs elective surgery the plan's "Health Advocate" goes to work to first verify the necessity of the planned procedure and then to begin a national competitive bid process. Our Health Advocate will solicit a "global price" from hospitals around the country where regional cost differences and operating room capacity enable price reductions of up to 50% or more!

Quality of care is assured with highly rated Joint Commission Accreditation and "Health Grades" ratings of three stars or better. Travel, lodging and meals are treated as a plan expense for both the patient and a companion. Our unique "Concierge" is available 24/7 and will monitor the patient throughout the medical travel experience.

Patients have the freedom of choice of providers. Patients may agree to travel to the chosen plan destination for the surgery and have it covered at 100% or take the plan's allowance and see the doctor/hospital of their choice.
